The dashboard view allows you see all your campaigns in one place, including where they stand with regards metrics like % clickthrough rate or CPA etc (this has been an issue for us). It's very easy set up but could do more workflows around how reports should be setup when using different channels which would save time creating multiple spreadsheets manually each month / quarter/ year! We have not found any issues so far as we started setting this system right at start-up phase - it took about 2 weeks from sign off by our agency partners until everything was ready online live 24x7365 days per week 7am CET +1GMT+10EET.
