Best tool for automating manual tasks and keeping project teams involved

The most important aspect being that its very robust in terms of capacity utilization, which allows us to scale easily without affecting performance or service levels at all. Also has great customer support team who are always willing to go extra mile! Lack of documentation available online regarding configuration management etc., would have been better if provided by their technical experts rather than third party vendors like ourselves (we're using DevOps Automation). We were facing issues…
