🪑 Quakehold! Furniture Strap Kit 4160, Black Review

I had these straps on my old TV and got a new TV so I needed new straps. The old straps are still on the old TV, so whoever has them can screw them on and you're done. The end that attaches to the TVs has very strong adhesive and is about 4 inches long. I live in Los Angeles and have a cat who loves to go nuts in front of the TV. I have a friend whose cat knocked over 2 TVs and broke the screens. Earthquake, pet, child and adult.

We have been using Quakehold straps for 4 years and find them mainly to prevent furniture from tipping over on our children. like 4 years ago. Easy to apply and seems durable (my seniors needed pliers to pull the industrial Velcro off). But remember that even though the strap is 15 inches long, the Velcro takes up 6 of those inches and the grommets (where a lag screw can be attached) are only 3 and 6 inches from the Velcro.
