The best thing about QualNow is that it helps us understand our target audiences in detail. We can segment them based on their needs, interests, demographics, etc. QualNow also provides detailed reports which are very helpful to analyze our target audience on an individual level. I liked how it was easy to create surveys/polls, they were intuitive with their interface which made creating an initial layout quick! There's nothing bad about this tool as far as ease of use goes - pretty straightforward process once you've gone through some tutorials like getting started guide or user manual (if there exists one).
