Quest Totem Longboard Skateboard Natural Review

Got this for my 14 year old daughter who is just learning to skateboard. She loves it! It's beautiful and researched, great for beginners. She is 5ft 7in, about 160cm tall, athletic build, very comfortable and easy to maneuver.

Too heavy and the bearings were cheap. The kick tail is far back and at such a low angle that it's practically unusable. Looks great although I ended up buying a flip deck board. I suggest you save money and buy something better right away. If you want 70's style, just buy a Penny Nickel Board.

On my first ride on this board I rode about 500 feet and found the bearings ticking. I suspect swapping the bearings would make this setup much better. I like the shape but the kicktail is a bit immaterial. For $53 I would buy another and a set of bearings.

The only reason I give this 4 stars is because I paid for 2 days shipping and it took 8 days to ship which is pretty disappointing to say the least. drives very smoothly. Looks clean and stylish. It's extremely easy to know exactly where to put your feet as the board has grooves on all sides, making it easy for beginners to figure out where to stand, put their feet and where to adjust.
