This broom comes in a small box of about four and despite the fact that you have to turn everything it ends up being very strong. I have bought aluminum brooms and hollow brooms made from solid wood and I have to say that this is the strongest so far. I love synthetic fibers and they seem to last a long time. Great design and great price for a broom and dustpan combo.

My wife likes it when she sweeps the carpet. Correctly. I have to admit when I bought this I was going to use it on sidewalks, driveways, curbs, etc. Well, it works great on curbs, driveways, sidewalks, and carpets. However, I suggest not using it on carpets after using it on curbs. Buy a second one! My wife will no longer use it on carpets. I bought her one of these for her own use.

An example of a big bug invented by a madman who needs to clean toilets. So, so typical. The ALL purpose, however, is to limit flex. However, the handle is held upright by a thin, tiny plastic protrusion that quickly broke. As a result, the handle falls off and one has to bend down to pick the handle up, defeating the entire purpose of the shovel. Actually send this designer to the toilet!

I needed to clean the garage. I used this outside to sweep dirt, grass and leaves off a paved path and many nooks and crannies. I usually just use a leaf blower because it's not a smooth surface and things like dirt aren't easy to sweep up when it's wet (and we had heavy rain last night). But this broom swept everything and even removed some weeds from the grooves between the stones. I'm always looking for things that make repetitive daily tasks easier, especially gardening. This grass in the photo is artificial, I hate gardening that much.
