Unusable cameras - film cameras

We bought 10 of these to put on the tables at our wedding reception. Almost none of them worked. Despite the built-in flash, the pictures turned out very dark. The cameras were terrible. It cost about $10 per camera to develop, but it turned out that out of the entire batch, only about 6 images were generally useful. This was a big disappointment and since they were all used by different people it couldn't be user error that made them so bad.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine

Nobody else designs them in the store

I put this on the table at my engagement party. Bought a pack of 10. Each camera could take 27 pictures. Pros: I expect funny drunk photos from my friends. Cons: I couldn't find a local shop that had a machine to print them. I visited 3 different stores and each one said they had to send the cameras in for development so it would take 2-5 weeks before I could send them back. I guess I have to wait! I may update this review depending on the quality of the photos.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • It's okay

Great camera and photo memories

I love the quality/style of the images they produce! They look so dated but still good quality/clarity. All the photos I took were of people - I'm not sure they would be good for landscape photos. The cameras are simple and fun. The only downside is that these cameras are so expensive to develop. Everywhere around me (at Walgreens and a small private camera store) cameras are $15 to $19 each. Multiply that by 10 cameras. However, I would definitely recommend them for a special occasion/event!

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • unreliable

Turn on the flash! suitable for filming

We got married and scattered them at the reception. We had people photographing everything and everyone. It was an amazing idea. But the only problem was with the flash. Our fault really. There is a button that needs to be pressed for the flash. A red light indicates if the flash is on. Make sure it's on when the flash is low. Many of our photos didn't turn out well. But the ones with the flash were great! An interesting way to capture our reception! Interesting to see what people have…

Worked great and made our 90's Halloween party even more memorable.

Last year we had a 90's Halloween/housewarming party. We didn't want people to use their phones to take pictures at night because there weren't any affordable digital cameras back then. We took the time to shoot blind, hoping that when we developed the film a few months later, the footage would capture the night. Well we scattered them around the apartment and everyone enjoyed taking photos. Really too much. All ten cameras were completely used up within the first two hours. So we had to let…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not the best
