Worked great and made our 90's Halloween party even more memorable.

Last year we had a 90's Halloween/housewarming party. We didn't want people to use their phones to take pictures at night because there weren't any affordable digital cameras back then. We took the time to shoot blind, hoping that when we developed the film a few months later, the footage would capture the night. Well we scattered them around the apartment and everyone enjoyed taking photos. Really too much. All ten cameras were completely used up within the first two hours. So we had to let people use their camera phones. After a few months (well, 7 months) we finally decided to find a place to develop them. This is no easy task these days. Costco could develop them, and they could do it "cheap". $50 later we had about 150 good photos (and about 120 crappy ones, because that's just the name of the game with film cameras) of our crazy party on a digital CD (we had to cheat a little since there were about 50 people looking for copies) . It was great to get 'real' photos from our party and since it took us so long to actually develop the film it was really a way to relive the night. There is no instant gratification. No "try again, I look fat." Just real moments that can be captured in real time and enjoyed months later. My only regret is that I only ordered 10 of these. I should have bought at least 50. They were such a hit.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Not the best
