Great way keep track with customer experience

We used to send out email reminders about our jobs but there were some problems - either they got lost (if sent from gmail)or we had no idea whether people opened them up! It has been great now that quickworks have solved this problem as well allowing us access via mobile app too if needed when away at meetings etc The support team is very responsive and helpful.
