Quiksilver Mens Flip Flop Tan Pattern_1 Men's Shoes for Athletic Review

Bought these to replace last year's SanUk and save money. They are 1/2" shorter on the second toe than the SanUks. The leather is very thin and treated with something that irritates my feet if I wear them too long. They don't have much padding and the toe strap forms "chicken's foot". " -Bumps under the ball of the foot. Not worth the savings to me. I won't be buying another pair.

The sandals were very comfortable but only lasted about 30 days when they started falling apart. My return window was closing as I booked early for the season. Bad quality, there's nothing I can do about it.

It might be more than a regular pair of sandals, but that fat old man needs some padding and support if I don't want to wear shoes. I wear them a lot at home and around town, they feel great.

Less than a month of light use has worn away the thin top coat. I had to glue the sole back onto one of the toes of the slippers because it was layered.

They fall apart after a few weeks - the sole is peeling and falling off, the insole surface is cheap vinyl and already peeling. It's horrible rubbish and overpriced. I think I'll stop buying mercury products

These sandals were worn for less than a week before the sole detached from the base. Normal use on pavement, sand and grass, no hiking or rock to cause premature damage. Only bad glue used in production

I bought these sandals to walk the dog at the weekend and to walk around town. Fits great. And that's the best thing I can say about these sandals. After a month of light wear (worn only at the weekend for walks and shopping) the soles of the sandals started to peel off. The inner rubber portion of the sandal is now exposed which is incredibly annoying even on short walks with my dog. I do not recommend this product.

These are small and narrow. I recommend going 1-1.5 sizes up. For reference I went 2 sizes larger than what I wear in Chucks/Vans and a full size larger than what I wear in dress shoes and they are still quite snug. If you have a wide or thick foot, take one size up. I'm giving it 3* because a marketing genius decided to put a deep logo on the sole of the shoe, right where the heel is. Super annoying. What? I bought a pair of Quicksilver flip flops 10 years ago and wore them every day for 10 years. (I live in South Florida, I have a pair of work shoes and a pair of flip flops, that's all.) After 10 years of wearing them, I figured I might buy another pair, although I might get a few more years off the first pair. They are of the same quality as the first ones and I expect to wear them for another 10 years. I just wish I could set up car buying to have a few of these things shipped to my house…

Overall I like them. I've tried them on but haven't ridden a few miles with them yet. This will be my first review. 1) The color is very different from orange. It's more brown than orange and the photo doesn't show the color correctly. That's why they got 4 stars instead of 5. I have read in other reviews that this is the case. But I thought some would be picky, but alas, they were accurate. 2) Fit. I'm glad I listened to the feedback on this part. I usually wear 10-10.5 for all types of shoes.

I wear shoes 10.5. Since these sandals don't come in half sizes, I went for a larger one instead of size 10. So I bought size 11 and it barely fits my foot; I would even say that they are too small. They barely cover the soles of my feet, but the straps are too tight. It's possible that the straps/straps will stretch a bit over time, but that also means they're more likely to break. They're not too expensive so not worth returning, but I would recommend getting a size up.
