The bag is already broken. The right strap is not attached to the gold metal loop. I found a gold metal loop in the pocket but I had to cut open the lining to get it out. The end of the tape is also pulled off and not sewn on. I need to glue it and the gold metal hook and sew it onto the inner lining. SMDH. I don't know if it will hold up when I put things in my pocket. Well you get what you pay for. It's made in China, what do you expect. buy at your own risk. I'm just saying.

Backpack looks and feels high quality. The only problem I have is that when I put all my stuff in and weigh them, the magnetic closure doesn't stay closed, it pops open and for security reasons it's a bit annoying. That's why I gave 4 stars. Prices, can't complain, I live in Washington and based on the exchange rate, it cost me $80. So it's not that expensive to imitate a CHANEL look-alike. I still enjoy using it for everyday tasks.

This is not the case at all, because the chains are difficult to stretch, the synthetic leather is not elastic at all, which makes the bag very stiff. I am writing this review about the customer service I received after a hardware problem. It wasn't a quality issue, but I think what happened was that the plating on the metal used for the belts had chipped, causing the launches to likely drop packages. Already broken twice. I glued it the first time and it broke again on the other side. I can't fix anything, but it's annoying when I'm in public and my bag falls apart. Update: After two days the chain started slipping off the belt. I used Gorilla Glue to glue the pieces that fell apart earlier, but I can't fix it.
