Already broken twice. I glued it the first time and it broke again on the other side. I can't fix anything, but it's annoying when I'm in public and my bag falls apart. Update: After two days the chain started slipping off the belt. I used Gorilla Glue to glue the pieces that fell apart earlier, but I can't fix it. Mind you, I've only carried this bag twice, to work, and it's already falling apart. The quality seems really good so I wasn't expecting that at all but I will come back and order it again. Maybe I just got a defective bag, so I'll give it another chance. Otherwise the bag is cute and I get compliments from co-workers
