I received a used ruler. Double

This ruler looked exactly what I needed for my project. And it will probably work perfectly. However, I ordered a new item and received something badly scratched, obviously used. I sent it back for a replacement. And yes, I have another one, just as scratched as the first one. I also sent it back. If I wanted a used one I would order one. Getting used items twice tells me a lot about this seller.
