Apart from defects, this is not the best product to start with. This is not a massager as advertised. It's more like a strong contraction and relaxation of the feet and legs. I can say enough good things about these compression massagers. My feet often hurt and I avoid medication. I usually opt for a bath. But after a major operation many years ago in a hospital, they put compression stockings on my legs. You were wonderful.
