Advertised as a remote control. Halfway through the installation, the electrician noticed that it was a control circuit. Not remote control.

REMOTE CONTROL WITH THIS FAN IS NOT CORRECT! Not worth the money as the fan comes with a remote control. Also, one of the fans I ordered didn't have a short stem in the box. I thought I was ordering a great fan with a remote control as advertised, but this is false advertising!

The installation instructions were terrible, they shouldn't have wasted the paper the instructions were printed on. You'll need to have a laptop and YouTube ready to figure out how to install this fan. By the way, this isn't the first ceiling fan I've installed.

No remote control was included. I ordered this model because it was supposed to have a 24" stem and it only had an 8". I had to use a fan rod which he replaced. I paid for the installation, which should have been easy, but I had to take it apart to add a longer pole.
