It's easy to use with no learning curve required! The interface is very user friendly - it makes setting up conference calls so easy! It's easy to use with all of our team members having it so that they don't have any issues when needing help or support from other offices in different states! I do not like how difficult this software is for newer users who may need some training but once you've used something similar before then its very simple afterwords.
