Wonderful Lord! Great results every time!

Love love love this pan! My bread turns out perfect every time. Great quality, thick metal. Just remember, this is a dark pan, so you'll need to lower your oven temp by 25 degrees and your baking will be PERFECT!

Pros
  • quick change
Cons
  • durability

Excellent shape for bread in loaf pans

I love this pan. It's easy to clean and the loaves just fall out! I bake bread almost every day and I'm so glad I've added this pan to my daily routine. I have many pans but this is one of my favorites. I don't know how long it will last, I've only had it a few months, but it seems to be holding up. Heat distribution seems perfect and as I said cleaning is a breeze!

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

PROOF IN THE BREAD

PICTURES SHOW WHY THIS IS MY SECOND RACHEL RAY BREAD BOX. This is an excellent quality bakeware; FAST AND EASY CLEANING, WITHSTANDS HIGH HEAT BUT WILL NOT DEFORM. MAKES A PRODUCT EVERY BAKER WILL BE THANKFUL FOR. THE SMALL COLORED PARTS ARE HANDLES TO AVOID BURNING YOUR HANDS BUT A GOOD STAND IS RECOMMENDED. GREAT RECIPES OFFER GREAT TASTE, ESPECIALLY WHEN COOKED WITH SUSTAINABILITY IN YOUR FAVORITE PAN.

Great Bread Pan: Bread and Bread Pans

Every morning I have a banana smoothie and a piece of sponge cake for breakfast. I love sponge cake very much. I've tried several other bread shapes, dears. Despite following all the instructions, my cake fell out of the pan. Then I bought this pan. I would give 10 stars if I could. After the cake has cooled, I just flip the pan onto the grill and it comes out instantly. This bread pan is perfect. The handles won't burn your hands even when the pan is hot. If you need a bread pan, look no…

Really nonstick pan

This is the best bread pan I have ever used and hand washed. To my surprise, the bread just doesn't stick to the sides. It lets go It's easy to clean. The bread falls out easily when turned over to place on the cooling rack. It just slips out. Without pre-spraying, smearing or flour. Has anyone made ciabatta in a bread maker? I tried without anything. Simply place a bare, raw skillet in the pan. Oh yeah! Just slipped out. Oh yeah! I highly recommend this product and will order another one.

A little extra work with them.

Well, I want to give 5 stars, but I can't. While these pans are great, the rust factor is sad. It would be easy to make that pan liner strong so water doesn't pool in it and leave a rust stain. While it rubs off easily enough, this shouldn't happen. This simi is well made. Rachel, the company that makes your brand, could do a little better. Even if they are hand washed, they still rust. A simple fix makes a firm pain without rolling under a finish you can't get up to dry under. Then there would

  • A few little things

Burnt and raw bread from an experienced baker. After biting my 12 year old Martha Stewart bread pans in the dust, I settled on these Rachael Ray bread pans. I bought 2. I have many of Rachel's cookware and skillets which are great but the theses don't disappoint, every bread I've tried baking 5 different tried and true recipes, every bread burns on the outside rather than baking the outside on the inside. I've read that dark aluminum pans lower the oven temperature by 25 degrees. Same situation

I don't know what to think of this article.

I seem to like pens. I would like more of these if they were a little bigger. They don't protect your hands if you try to hold them tightly by the orange handles. If the entire rim was orange silicone the pot would be easier to hold and maneuver. I liked the weight of the product. I really liked the non-stick coating. But when I washed the pan and then set it in a colander to dry and when it was done, took it out and put it back in the cupboard, rusty water literally flowed out of it. I don't…
