They have a very flat strong handle which I like. The head is very big. I mainly use mine for carrots and the head was a bit awkward because of the size. The blades do not peel evenly, so they sometimes clog. Annoying having to stop in the middle of a carrot to clean the blade. I would love it if this problem didn't exist. My OXO works much better. I'll try it with potatoes and if it's better I'll edit it.

I love Rada knives and especially the potato peeler and these new knives are a little bigger than my old ones. It's so nice to see that they now have black handles. Bought a full set of knives and peelers over 15 years ago. Finally needed some new knives, but the knives are still going strong! I finally found a vegetable peeler to use with a cut on myself and not on myself, I call it the slicer's swipe. These scissors come in two sizes, this is the largest. I also have a smaller one. I use a large one for swedes, turnips, and other tough veggies. I use a small one to peel potatoes and carrots. This scrub is by far the best I've ever seen, highly recommend. Perhaps removing the product by peeling it away from the body works just as well.

I've had this item for over 25 years but the small version still looks good and functional, has never rusted, has lost a very thin layer compared to others showing the contents almost emptied for me it worked fine, when i want to remove more i just repeated a few strokes in the same place and voila it's gone, i've been happy since and haven't found any errors at all, today i found, that these products are made in the usa so i bought 6 of these to give my kids a grown family and hope they can…

Bought one for myself, one for a friend who is left handed with very large hands. I'll update once I have mine, but for me it has its pros and cons. The grip is surprisingly well balanced and doesn't feel cheap at all. The blade is quite heavy, nice and sharp, and the hole is big enough to keep the shell from tangling. I have butter knives that clean better than this one. Used them for carrots. 1. then one more. Both cut well when pulled but do not bite when squeezed. Once you get them to bite, they peel great, but both are awkward to bite on carrots. I have a cheap vegetable peeler that works great but is a little awkward to hold so I wanted something better. They're comfortable to hold and suck for the job they're designed for. Carrots should be easy to peel as they won't work on carrots, I don't think they
