I bought it because it seemed super powerful. The vinyl is very thick but there are no pockets or zippers. My employees didn't like it. The armhole had only one latch to close, which allows water to flow into the sleeve as it cannot be tightened. If you don't need bags and don't work with water, you might be fine. The design just didn't work for what we use rain covers for. But. the jacket is made of heavy vinyl.
