Maxwel High Temp Adhesive Wire Loom Automotive Harness Tape - 3/4 in x 82 ft x 2 Rolls, Heat Proof Chemical Fabric Tape, Radio Wiring Harness Cloth Tape (Chemical Fiber Cloth) Review

Cloth seems ok if you're looking for black tape, but it's the least sticky tape I've ever bought, even compared to cheap masking tape that peels off.

Used it to wrap a new wiring harness for new light weight door handles in my 2018 Silverado, works great, bought two rolls and still have a roll and a half left to do a lot of different jobs.

Ideal for gluing cables in the engine compartment. Doesn't unwind like regular tape. You can't even break it with your hands. You need a razor blade to cut it. A good thing.

Currently restoring an RX8 from the inside to compensate for the loss of my first (later project/parts/income). I will use duct tape on my wiring harness/battery wires until I run out of tape or wires. I will post photos of the product and my project.

I use this product off label but my issues with it remain the same. I use it to prevent my tools from scratching and damaging the surface of polished knives. Every time I use the tape, the adhesive pulls away from the tape and stays on the roll, effectively placing it on the outside of the tape. It just doesn't seem normal to me.
