Are you kidding me?

How do I leave negative feedback? I heard a lot of good things about this toothbrush so I bought it for my 16 month old son. On first use, he continued to scratch his tongue and make faces. It was only when I looked at his toothbrush that I realized all the bristles had fallen out and some were wandering around his mouth, some were stuck between his teeth and the other half had come halfway out of his toothbrush - see attached photo. How do I get a refund for this now?

2 year old prefers these

Present They are great because the heads are thicker so each brush stroke covers more of the surface of the teeth and gums than any other toddler/kids toothbrush I've tried. boring to look at. Only glossy and basic colors. But she chooses from a variety of other options, including a unicorn electric toothbrush with a kid-sized brush head, an electric toothbrush with a kid-sized brush head, an Elmo manual toothbrush with a smaller brush head, and just about everything. great with them.

Ideal! Manual Toothbrushes

I started with a small banana toothbrush but switched to it when my daughter outgrew it. I was shocked to see that when I brought a brand new toothbrush, it immediately became and remains much more responsive when brushing my teeth! We've been using it for a few months now and I'm very happy with it, as is my daughter. Combined with Jack and Jill's xylitol toothpaste she had perfect dental exams and the dentist commented on how clean her teeth are! (If only my older kids, whose parents can't…

CHOKING HAZARD DO NOT BUY! Can I put negative stars? Please!

Like many parents, I saw the high rating, read the company's history and was impressed with what I found. All parents want the best for their child. I bought three packs for my 19 month old daughter and while brushing her teeth I noticed she was acting weird only to look down and find white bristles around the outside of her mouth. I put my hand in her mouth and literally pulled little tufts of bristles out of her mouth. Obviously I was horrified to find this out and felt so guilty for buying…

Good and simple toothbrush. **UPDATE**

**UPDATE 09/23/2016** I am pleased to report that these toothbrushes are still going strong against my 2 year old. She loves brushing her teeth, but her version of brushing her teeth is biting her toothbrush. The bristles are still good and they are proving to be durable. Other toothbrushes she tried had to be thrown away after the first use. I definitely recommend them. Also, these toothbrushes say they are good for over 18 months, but I use them on my 10 month old too. I just sit her on my…

Good hard brush for 2 year old

This is the 4th toothbrush we have tried on my almost 2 year old daughter. Grocery store. Here's why: 1. The stubble is the perfect length for my 2 year old. It's not too long, which is an issue I've had with a "regular" children's toothbrush. They almost wiggled back and forth when I brushed, which was more difficult for us - the length keeps the bristles strong and in place, which contributes to a good, solid brush. I have a feeling her teeth are probably cleaner than with her other brushes…
