Cheap price but not a cheap build

While this isn't a modular power supply, it has more than enough connectors to cover pretty much every need. Check out my refurbished Antec 900 tower. I have an SSD, 2-7200 rpm HD, 1 dual DVDRW/Blu-ray drive, 1 Asus graphics card, Ryzen 2700X processor, ASUS Micro-ATX board with 16 GB RAM. Aside from a few mistakes I made when starting out, this is a good PSU. Same power as the one it replaced as I really get by with 550w or so so has some room for future upgrades. Issues but as a new/upgrade…

Basically DOA on internals

TLDR: died within days when arrived and tested and working fine. After a few days the rest of the parts are coming so I start assembling after checking these parts with another power supply because. I already installed this in the case. PC does not turn on. I played around with it for almost an hour before finally looking for another power supply and sure enough this one shorted out. Didn't last more than 60 seconds of use. Keep sending a replacement and I may update this review, but only after

Looks good. and works fine

I personally wanted an 8-port and a 4-port CPU power connector. It comes with port 2 4 which makes the 8-port CPU plugin work fine but limits my ability to overclock as I couldn't use another 4-port CPU motherboard socket. In addition, all cords were long enough, the net is wrapped and well made. Seems a good beat for the dollar. It easily powers my Ryzen 2600 on a msi x470 gaming motherboard with a Radeon x570 graphics card. The system lasts much longer if I don't overclock it, so I'm fine :-)

Pros
  • Good stuff
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Works like a champ: Computer components

Very well designed power supply Works right out of the box with no issues Connection Installation was easy. Lots of power for a build I did and it still works. The powerful fan is very quiet even under full load when gaming. Would recommend this to others, great power source.

Pros
  • Solid finish
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Runs quietly in computers and accessories

I replaced my old power supply with this one. It had all the cables I needed and then some. The cables were long enough for my tall tower. I believe it would achieve everything whether the PSU is mounted on the top or bottom of the case. The key question is always "How long will it take?" If he dies early, I'll come back and edit. I think the CPU fan is louder than the PSU fan. So this is a pleasant surprise.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Operating speed

This is the best 12V Ats/P4 single channel power supply. Power connectors for 8 or 6 pin operation. Also some Sata for CDRoms hard drives and Molex for other older drives. Very quiet large fan. No problem, cable length is good, replaced on an old HP computer, but will work in a Dell tower too.

Pros
  • 1 Year Trial
Cons
  • Grob

Best hit for your money!

I originally used this to upgrade an old DDR3 install that didn't have enough cables for the GPU, which I also upgraded. A few months later I decided to keep it and use it in a brand new DDR4 build. It has been excellent in both setups so far and I highly recommend it. Best Achievement Award and Bronze Rating 80+. I have paired with: Ryzen 5 3600MSI b450 Tomahawk2x8GB Corsair Vengeance CL16 3600mhzGTX 970 (I know it could be better but for now it suits my needs)

Pros
  • Pretty Package
Cons
  • Annoyed
