Not my favorite product RAM

I like this concept. No matter what, it rotates on the handlebars when the bike is running. I have other ram mounts that work great.

Least Invasive for Honda Silver Wing Scooter

As I'm not mechanically inclined to make modifications to my Honda Silver Wing Scooter these mirror mounts worked great. I ordered 3/8" to 5/8" mounts along with 3" extensions for cup and phone holders.

. . I need to find a better insert to create more friction in the mount. Like all Ram Mount products it's well made and well designed, I just need a better way to keep it from rotating on the mounting bar.

Rubber insert Not useful

The mount comes with a small self-adhesive rubber strip. You peel it off like 3M tape to attach the badge to the car. However, the adhesive backing on the rubber strip separates, defeating the purpose of having something to clip the fastener to when tightened. Of course, high quality materials were not used to mount the Ram. Poor at best. I ended up using Gorilla Ribbon as it stayed in place when installed. Throw away the rubber band.
