Disappointing Tie-Down for Water Sports

As an avid kayaker i was excited to try this tie-down for my gear .Unfortunately, my analysis of this product showed that it falls short in the Sports and Outdoors category. The tie-down was difficult to secure and did not hold up well during my water sports activities. The only pro was the stainless steel eyelet, which did not make up for its overall poor performance. Save your money and invest in a better tie-down option..

I was satisfied but one nut was missing

I liked the product but one of the flat nuts that attached to the rail mount was missing. What should I do with the other ring?
