Doesn't work - Paper and Papercraft

I bought this board to use with Tim Holtz alcohol based inks. When I dropped the ink on the card, it soaked into the paper and even bled through to the back. I'm sure there is a use for this, but not for alcohol inks.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall
Cons
  • Weight

Very disappointing paper and paper craft item

Terrible quality especially compared to all other Tim Holtz products. Paper bends and deforms at the slightest heat, alcohol impregnates the paper, does not mix but is absorbed with alcohol ink like ordinary paper and not cardboard. I would definitely not buy again

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Glossy paper is terrible with alcohol ink. The ink just smears the paper and you will find that you cannot move it across the paper at all. I'm sure it works fine with other media. Disappointing and the key to a lower price. I hope not shiny is better.

Pros
  • Tim Holtz, Adirondacks
Cons
  • Can't remember

I like the vivid color that alcohol based inks get.

This is the perfect card size for a quick project. . The fact is that the Ranger card takes time to manifest and dry. The last picture was taken with Ranger's Wild Plum, Toffee and Creek.

Pros
  • Water Resistant
Cons
  • Obsolete

Too light for alcohol based ink

I thought it was thick glossy paper but it turned out to be regular card stock weight and contrary to the description it really isn't work properly. for alcohol-based inks. At least if you like using a lot of alcohol and ink to saturate the paper! I applied the ink straight from the bottle like I usually do on Yupo paper and the ink spread out in blurry circles and the paper soaked it up like a mop. In addition, it soaked into the paper, turned the paper gray and flowed out heavily. I don't…

Pros
  • This product is best suited for arts and crafts
Cons
  • thin
