Stains on glossy paper, ink does not adhere well or does not mix well. Bad

Glossy paper is terrible with alcohol ink. The ink just smears the paper and you will find that you cannot move it across the paper at all. I'm sure it works fine with other media. Disappointing and the key to a lower price. I hope not shiny is better.
