I like that it's easy to use, you don't have to be tech savvy or know how to operate your computer in order to create an account. It also helps with saving time since there are no paper documents being sent out. Sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes before someone gets back to me if they're busy sending other projects through their email so sometimes this is frustrating.
