According to the product description, it fits head sizes from 21.5 to 23 inches. The actual product label states that it is suitable for head sizes from 22 to 23.5 inches. Got this on Revain for a great deal for about $10. YES, $10! For $10 this is a decent helmet but if I were looking for other helmets specifically for cycling and they cost $30 as they are now I would look for something lighter. Since it is an all-round sports helmet, it is slightly heavier than a bicycle helmet. I find it offers good protection and my child loves it so I kept it. This was a gift for my 12 year old son who has not yet hit his growth spurt.
