I used this product when I worked at The Maids, it's a great cleaning, sanitizing and deodorant. Great price, cleans very well. Along with toilet cleaner, a harsh degreaser (both from RM) and some bleach, that's all I need to clean my whole house.

I used to work at The Maids in Washington state and we used this product and oh my god it's the best stuff. Be careful when using it at full strength and do not use it in a regular sprayer. I've used this with a foam sprayer, but the fumes can still be strong if you're not careful and have no prior knowledge. A total of 10 stars!

same ingredient as barbacide, no regrets. I use it in my salon upholstery sprayer, since I can get the sanitizer in spray form I use it on my brushes and combs. Everything seems fine, although I don't know if he does what he says (I don't even know if Barbacide does what he says), I just follow the instructions. The value seems very good.
