I wish I had looked more closely. This is not a Johnson and Johnson product that I normally buy in stores. The name may be Reach, but they are NOT the same product. It tears in the mouth and is not as strong as the REAL one. That annoys me a lot. Buyer beware

I like the flax floss because it goes better around the edges and penetrates the gum pockets very well. This is a great product I have no complaints. I give it a ☆ because it was advertised with 10 packs, the price is for 10 packs and the sticker on the product says 10 packs, but I only received a box of 5 flossers. I can't return the product now because among all the family members who needed thread we had to open the package and use it.

Some reviewers claim their floss is fake. I can't confirm what other people bought, but the packs I bought in June 2018 were Johnson & Johnson Reach dental floss. The front of the box does not say 'Johnson & Johnson', but the back clearly says 'Johnson & Johnson'.

This is my favorite floss and I like to buy it in bulk because I don't have to think twice about flossing and it's a lot more economical (each individual floss container contains a lot more floss than you normally get, if you buy a filament dispenser in the store).

I've been using this dental floss for years and never had a problem but this batch was so awful I threw it away; it tore and broke and stuck between my teeth. Not sure if it has expired or what could have caused the problem but I probably won't buy it from Revain again and will just buy it from my local pharmacy.

I first ordered two packs for our family of 10. Then I looked at reviews from previous customers. I then changed my order to one pack due to reports that this was not a Johnson & Johnson product. I checked the product I had on hand that I bought at my local pharmacy and found that it didn't say Johnson & Johnson anywhere on my floss. Several commenters wondered if this was a Johnson and Johnson product. It is not. Johnson and Johnson split the Reach brand years ago and sold all the rights to another manufacturer. The Johnson and Johnson product is now sold under the Listerine brand. This product is not comparable to the earlier version from Johnson & Johnson. which I thought was the top.
