Overall excellent product with manufacturing flaws (one set of screw holes will not fit multiple devices)

Works well. No 5 stars because the workmanship is poor. Both devices had the holes misaligned, making it easier to attach screws to the black front and sides. Both devices began to have their threads stripping due to the alignment of the holes in the outer case with the location of the holes on the inside for attaching screws. On one of the two units I bought I finally had to give in and screw the screw in as far as it would go so it was almost flush and stayed in, knowing full well that the…

I bought this product to use for cloning and imaging my hard drive on my desktop PC. This works fine for my application. I haven't fully assembled the device as I'm only interested in using it to clone/image my hard drive regularly and prepare the hard drive for this purpose, cancel/format in the OS (Windows 7 x64 for me) if it is connected via USB.
