I got it for lazy morning walks when you don't want to put on shoes and socks but want to drive around the garage and yard. I used to buy Crocs but had problems with spikes and branches sticking through the Crocs profile and grabbing my leg. Bought my original pair from a Chinese store about 5 years ago for about $12. This is a replacement as I have worn out the sole completely and kept slipping in the kitchen at the slightest dampness. Only use them in the garden (and on a few camping trips). They are just fine. Very comfortable, true to size and worth every penny.
