1 block out of 4 is defective, intermittent, sometimes does not turn on in AUTO mode. I sent them a message and an email asking for a replacement. Update: I received a quick reply with troubleshooting tips and then promised a replacement within 1 day. On the 2nd day I got a new 2 pack although I said only 1 was defective. Excellent customer service! Upgraded my rating to 5 stars despite the malfunction because I know how hard it is to contain sporadic outages.

I like the features of this device. I have two applications. One as a bedside night light to warn the footstool not to step on it. And one to light up the closet. For the first application, the lowest level of illumination is too bright. The brightest is too dark for the second.
