Communication problems

This mouse started well. It connected easily, was comfortable to use and responsive. It was still charged the whole time I used it. Unfortunately, if you hold down the left mouse button, you can't expect it to stay down. For example, I've pressed and held it while selecting a range of cells in Excel, just for it to act like I quickly released the button and then clicked it again, causing the beginning of the range to be undone and moved to another part continued from the side. Another example…

Ordered in March - hasn't worked since June

I loved this mouse while it was working. The battery life was excellent and it was a pleasure to use. I ordered in March. It's June and the mouse has stopped working. Will not charge or connect. He's just dead.

Works well - happy with the resolution

This mouse has replaced another ergonomic mouse I've had for years that has finally "expired". I first switched to a thumb-oriented trackball because I've also used it for many years and have had good luck with it, but the model I bought had horizontal scrolling issues even after I cleaned it and it left my hand for the mouse. hurts at EOD. I had another Anker ergo mouse of similar design that I use for my work and this mouse is very similar to the Anker. Nothing that would affect my working…

Misleading Information

While Product Claims.1. Wireless 2. Support Android 3. Laptop and more. If you have an Android phone or tablet, you need to buy an OTG cable so that the USB dongle can connect to your device. This model does not have true wireless connectivity as it uses the Bluetooth of Bluetooth devices to connect. Most vendors with this type of USB connection don't use the words Android support because it requires an additional purchase, although they may say Chromebook support since most have USB ports…

Excellent mouse for computer accessories and peripherals

Very nice mouse. 1) Ease of use: It no longer hurts to put my hand on the mouse because my hand is in a natural position. 2) The lithium battery is a plus - no need to change batteries again. The battery has a decent capacity. My first charge lasted 45 days. I'm a software developer and I use the computer about 10 hours a day, so 45 days of use between charges is much longer than I expected and also longer than the manufacturer says (30 days). A suggestion to the designer/manufacturer: the LED…

Very convenient to use!

I have tried 10 different mice and this one suits me best! This is a vertical mouse, but not vertical. It is set at about 40 degrees. The two main buttons are completely silent. And on the back of the forward button on the side, there is a slight sound when you press it, but it's very weak. Once charged, the battery seems to hold up well. It also glides very well on the mouse pad. At first it didn't, and then I noticed that there were pieces of a small sheet of plastic on the bottom of the…

It takes a little getting used to, but it works great!

The mouse works just as well as my more expensive gaming mouse. I just wanted to try it for the ergonomics. I like it so far, but it will definitely take time to get used to it from a longtime gamer used to standard mice. Either way, everything works great and the on-the-fly DPI adjustment is very handy. It's going to be one of those things that you either really like or just don't like. Everything said works as advertised so no complaints from me.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • No insurance

I love the TeckNet Wireless Vertical Optical Mouse and have been using it for a week now. The mouse allows my (slightly arthritic) wrist to be in a more natural position, allowing me to use the natural mouse movements I've learned over the past 30 years. It seems way better to me than the trackball making me go 'GAAHHH'. WiFi works fine - so far. There are no problems with the battery charge, it has not yet had to be charged. The mouse is very comfortable in my hand and almost adapts to the…
