Description of Red ABS Filament 1

👉【Less Odor, Less Warping】Novamaker Red ABS filament is made with a specialty bulk-polymerized ABS resin, which has significantly lower volatile content compared to traditional ABS resins.ABS is 3D printed at 230°C to 260°C , it is advisable to use a heated printing bed and an enclosed build space to control the cooling of this material and prevent warping. 👉【Strong and Durable ABS Filaments】3D printed parts made with ABS filament tend to be more flexible and less‘brittle'than those made with PLA filament. In ABS filament can endure heat, pressure and stress like no other home 3D printer material, making it a great choice for‘wear and tear’ prints. 👉【High Temperature Resistance】ABS filament is more durable than PLA because of its high resistance to heat. Thanks to a comparatively high glass transition temperature, it takes a lot more heat for ABS to reach that point than for PLA. That’s what makes it better suited for objects that remain in the sun. 👉【Dimensional Accuracy & Consistency】This 1.75mm diameter ABS filament has been made with strict production standards, so novamaker can assure that you that its size remains consistent all throughout. And solves the problem of printing interruption caused by the knotting of the filament.Remember to pass the 3d printer filament through the fixing hole after use to avoid tangling. 👉【Vacuum Packing】Complete drying for 24 hours before packaging.Novamaker use vacuum-sealed packaging bag for packaging 3d printer filament to keep the humidity percentage at a minimum and controlled. To avoid clogging of the nozzles and bubbling.

STRONG AND SMOOTH! Best consumables for 3D printing

GRAY Bought at a great deal (less than $12/roll). I made a bracket for my bike's front drum brake, I'll post how it holds up. Here is the crucial information for its production. I wanted to smooth it out to reinforce the structure and eliminate the need for rough sanding. Filament: NOVAMAKER ABS 1.75mm GRAY Printer: Custom 3D Printer 600x600 Slicer: Simplify 3D Nozzle Diameter 1.0 Extruder Multiplier: 0.82 Extruder Width: 0.8 Retract Distance: 1.2 Vertical Retract Stroke: 2.0 Retract Speed…

Doesn't stop twisting best in 3D printing Filament

One failure after another. I've tried printing at different nozzle and layer temperatures from 220-240C to 80-110C with both textured and glass layers and couldn't get this material to work for me. I've used glue and sprays and still can't crack the code. This filament curls very quickly once extruded and in most cases lasts long enough to print a raft, but that's about it. I've tried skirts and brims but can't find a convincing combination. I've leveled the bed several times and just can't…

Better than my favorite

I have used many ABS spools from the supplier some are over $50 a spool some under $20 all good but this is my new one. I have a heated camera on Raise 3D Pro, 250c Table Pull 100c, prints at 40-50mm/s on exterior surfaces, 60-80 from all internals. Overlap 10 to 20%, nozzle 0.4 to 0.6, layer 0.1 to 0.35, extrusion rate 90%. I have no leakage compensation other than 0.05 retraction on the outer surface only. No seepage, no pimples, no layers peeling off, smooth and fairly glossy surface. I'll…
