Red Light Green Motion Sensing Review

Nice idea. If it weren't written all the time "You've moved. Go back to the beginning." It takes about a second to go to a red light and never changes frequency. Big hit with kids and grumpy grandpa who looks stupid for buying this stupid game!

The motion sensor is broken or it's just fake advertising. Even if you aim at a blank wall, it just comes off randomly. It doesn't matter if it's moving or not. This is very frustrating for my 3 and 4 year olds. They try to play but are constantly being told they are not following the instructions.

Unpacked, put in the batteries and off you go. Multiple games. Almost looks like a boom box. Children respond very well to this. I played it at a birthday party and it became a hit with kids of all ages. We've used a lot of it and the batteries are still working! Good product :-)

The only thing I didn't like about this game was the volume. The highest level is actually not that loud. So if you have kids running around outside trying to play the game and also "back up 15 steps" as the game suggests, the kids can barely hear the monkey talking. My daughter loves it too and the game is fun for kids. We had the dance party option inside and had a great time.

This would be an AWESOME game if the sound could be improved. You must be too close to hear the noise level. Too quiet. It's a shame because the games are fantastic. We couldn't use it outdoors due to the low volume. And the kids have to be very quiet to hear it. Because the game makes you giggle, it's hard to enjoy it because the kids keep missing the voice instructions on how to continue. I REALLY want to love it.

My 4 year old daughter loves this game and her older siblings and we parents really don't mind playing with it over and over again. I don't understand the bad reviews - the volume is sufficient, the motion sensor is accurate. It's great fun! We mostly play it at home. Watch out when the light turns yellow and stop, or yes it will get you moving once it turns red. In our experience, Red Light Green Light, Sneaky Steps, and Stop Light Boogie were accurate and a lot of fun. My daughter loves all 3

I gave this to my nephew for his birthday and I am 100% delighted with his reaction. He's 5.5 years old and has two older sisters who enjoy playing games that he's too small for, so I wanted something he could play alone or with someone else. Within minutes of unpacking, he was racing his mother again and again. Then I played alone for a while. Later I saw him playing with one of the girls.
