I bought this to take better care of my wool coats. However, it is quite difficult to remove the villi from them. It's more like a comb and simply "aligns" all the fibers of the pile in one direction. I understand that this brush may not be made for that and is probably good for other uses, although that would be nice.

I wish I had bought these decades ago. Ideal for clothing, but also for headgear. Not only does it remove lint and pet hair better than sticky rollers, it also gives the fabric a fresh and vibrant look. It cleans the lint and makes things look like new. Effective yet soft enough for thin sweaters. Part of that is how much pressure you want to put on each type of item. I'm happier than I thought. This is a required item.

I've never liked buying plastic sticky paper rolls. I don't like throwing all that paper in the trash even though I recycle the video. I have other Redecker brushes for other purposes that I have been happy with and have decided to try this clothes brush. FICTION! Does a great job of removing pet or human hair and lint from our coats, pants etc. It's eco friendly and I kept a small hook in my wardrobe to keep it ready to use.
