This promotes flat feet. I had a pair of nanos a while ago that are no longer made that were good but only lasted half a year. Thought they might be good but they weren't. Now I have to do my own insoles because 10 minutes killed me in my feet. My $20 sneakers are better. They don't let the bottom of your feet sag, the foam is firm and doesn't spring back. I've had the Nano 8 for almost 3/4 years and thought I'd buy a new pair. They still work, just a bit worn. These new X1s bothered me at the back of my foot but eventually broke. Not only did they get used to them, but they broke after about a month of use. Extremely disappointing, can't return them or anything. Stay away from these shoes, half of these reviews should be from people who don't actually exercise or train in them.

Warning: the shoes feel great until you run a few blocks and feel the ribbed tongue on the back literally wearing down your heels. I'm not sure if a hacking level will help. It might be okay for limited-motion workouts at the gym, but if you cover a moderate distance, you're going to get blisters. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before buying.

I received my order for the new rebook nano x1 adventure and to my shock the product looked like it had never been tried or tested on the production line or in quality control. Very poor fit of parts, adhesive applied too heavily on mating parts and smears when drying, or less applied to other parts. the patches for tying materials are longer on one side, on the other side the boots are not sewn on, they just hang out, the laces are already damaged. I wonder how a shoe designed for frequent…

These were fine. The comfort level is decent once they're cracked, but there were two issues with them. First, when doing exercises like Smith machine pull-ups, shoes tend to slip on the floor. Secondly, the fabric on which the laces are stretched has unraveled on one of the shoes. The shoes look beautiful and in fact the lace issue is the biggest disappointment.

This is my fourth pair of nanos and I love them for CrossFit. Great fit, comfortable, light weight and flat bottom perfect for weightlifting and WOD. Stay away from your favorite running shoes.

I'm a powerlifter and these are good shoes for climbing platforms. The outsole moves on your toes and supports your ankles very well and offers stability when climbing. 10 out of 10 if you use them for platforms and have slightly wider and shorter legs.

The color is exactly the same as online. The blue is very light. I have several pairs of Reebok Nanos but these are my favorites. The only downside is that it takes some time to break in the heels to avoid ankle chafing.

I bought this product in October 2021. You can see in the photos that the area where you tie your laces is torn. I only use it at the gym. not to walk Just lift weights. Nice colors but poor quality from Reebok. I've had Nikes that have lasted for years.

They are so different from previous versions that have all been successful. There is a tongue on the back of the shoe that causes your foot to hit the ground in an odd way. They are just terrible in the gym and don't look as good as the previous ones. Disappointing.

The shoes are great except for one part. The material surrounding the ankle is so abrasive and rough that it cut through my skin after about 5 minutes of walking. I put on different socks and wrapped duct tape around my ankles and he cut them open to the skin. This is the only painful design flaw of the entire shoe.

I don't often write reviews but these are without a doubt the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and I'm considering buying more pairs in different colorways.

I like them. I got blisters from that weird sticky bit on my back, but blisters on my hamstring so now I wear them to workouts, including the treadmill.

The plastic that helps hold the shape of the high heel can chafe the Achilles tendon. At least they did to me. Had to buy bigger socks after my first workout with them. Once I broke them a little, they were great. The protector also wore out a bit quickly.

I've been wearing the Nano since Nano 8.0, the 8's were the best. It's really not good. After a few weeks they started turning brown-orange and smelled horribly. I keep cleaning them. They turn white again, but after a couple of workouts, they return to the previous ones. Not impressed.

Incredible product for the price. True to size, comfortable and functional. They look amazing, bright colors and bright white.

I had two pairs of previous Reebok "CrossFit" Nanos. Both are US size 12. I bought this shoe and I find the quality to be high given the relatively low price. However, these sizes are 12 MUCH LARGER than previous versions. Recommend at least 0.5 size smaller.

Quality and workmanship are excellent. However, the arch support is terrible, my legs hurt after long walks. All in all a decent product for the gym.

I use them for badminton and now for pickleball. Works well - Provides good stability for on-court sports. I can move comfortably without getting stuck in the heavy cushioning that can be painful when playing racquets. The white color makes it dirty quickly, but that doesn't bother me. It has a stable base, which I really like. The tip is holding up pretty well too.
