This promotes flat feet. I had a pair of nanos a while ago that are no longer made that were good but only lasted half a year. Thought they might be good but they weren't. Now I have to do my own insoles because 10 minutes killed me in my feet. My $20 sneakers are better. They don't let the bottom of your feet sag, the foam is firm and doesn't spring back. Sneaker companies need to make things that last. If you don't run kilometers every day, you should buy new shoes every few months. That's ridiculous.
