This lock works well as expected. I bought this for my small utility trailer that I use to tow my kayaks and camping gear and it fits perfectly with no exposed zippers/brackets that opportunists might cut off. Shipping was quick as expected for Prime items.

The quality of this item is good but the size does not fit my hitch lock. Disappointing as I thought Reese would make a product that caters to most common languages, not just their own. I will use it for other things

The only thing I don't like about this lock is that I have to physically stretch the lock lever (it wobbles a bit) to get the key to turn, which isn't a big deal once I thought about it, but if anyone other than me has to unlock it, they might assume the key is broken. Although I am happy with my purchase.

not impressed. Very poor workmanship and quality. The body has a very rough texture that picks up dirt, grease and dirt, and the bracket is loose and tilts when the tip of the brace is loosened. I don't see it going on like this for long. I personally like the lock I've been using for 9 years better. So unhappy and suspicious that I threw it in the trash. I should have gone back to Revane!

This lock replaces one of those locks where you insert a key and screw it in. This type can be a bit trickier to cut as it doesn't have an underwire, but getting in and out of it is very difficult, especially with cold hands or in the pouring rain. This lock has a shackle with a right angle shackle in it and couldn't be easier to use. I regret not having bought it a year ago. Very satisfied!
