Refer.com Review

I like that it allows me to get in contact with my referrals without having to ask them personally. It also helps me track my referrals' activities so I know what they are doing. I dislike that it's not integrated into other programs like Salesforce or HubSpot. We use both of those platforms, but refer.com doesn't integrate into any of them. The system works well with my team members who are active in their communities as I am not always available when they need me! It's easy enough that even someone without much experience can use it effectively if given proper training by an experienced user (like myself).
