I like that it allows me to get in contact with my referrals without having to ask them personally. It also helps me track my referrals' activities so I know what they are doing. I dislike that it's not integrated into other programs like Salesforce or HubSpot. We use both of those platforms, but refer.com doesn't integrate into any of them. Also, we have a lot of clients, so sometimes it can be hard to keep up with all their information. For example, when we were going through our data, some of the contacts didn't even have emails associated with them - this was very frustrating! This has helped us find many new prospective customers who are interested in our products/services.
