The nozzle setting was COMPLETELY wrong. For example, the installation of RINSE led to soap. OFF was a different soap, so I was never sure which soap was for windows and which was for trim. In short, it didn't work as it should.

Used this product before the weather turned bad and it worked beautifully. My house looks great. Friends note the clean appearance of the siding. Really makes a difference with Christmas lights. Can't wait to use it again when the weather is warm.

Very happy with the results. The siding looks fantastic, the windows too. In some lighting conditions the windows look perfect but at some angles I see a layer of smudges HOWEVER it's worth the money and the try. Great for a quick cleanup and I'm doing Windows a second time to see if there's any improvement.

This product is AWESOME! I had to make windows for my parents in their house. He had never attempted anything like this before and could do it without supervision or guidance. The windows came out nicely. I could see them glow for a block as the sun shone on them. A family, one story house; There is still 1/2 bottle left. Will definitely buy again.

I have used this type of product before and had success with it. This product had the potential to do a good job, but it didn't. The dial was easy to use and the cleaner itself seemed fine. But my hose nozzle fell off no matter how much water pressure I tried. After the 10th time it came out I gave up. I got drenched within minutes of using it. I will never buy again. Let's go back to Vindex.

It's easy to use, but don't expect amazing results. It just washes dirt off the surface. Mold won't kill you. Also, don't expect to get to the second floor unless you're on the stairs. It has served me well on my wooden outdoor furniture that I didn't want to splinter with a pressure washer. I will use it again but only for patio and garden furniture. Finally. I have a pressure washer to build a house.

This window cleaner does not work as advertised. Even with excellent water pressure, the jet width is significantly overestimated. I climbed the stairs to get closer to the second floor windows (within 5ft), the minimal amount of dirt was removed leaving only haze and water stains. I repeated the process after the windows had had time to dry and there was no further improvement. Not worth the money.
