I really didn't know what to expect - I don't care, I have water stains to be honest. The results were AMAZING! I can't believe how easy it was to use and the results far exceeded my expectations! You can see our windows (original 1972 house) are gleaming! Make sure you flush/clean/flush quickly. Stains can appear if you wait too long between rinses/cleaning cycles and if you rinse too much on the last rinse.
