Extremely complicated file upload process. I cannot recommend this system.

What I like is the size and the ease of mounting the camera. The writing process is quite simple. However, working with the remote control is tedious, and downloading files is the most difficult thing I have come across. Mind blowing process trying to get video on my iPad. One would assume that simply inserting an SD card into the card reader slot would be sufficient. That will not do. In short, too difficult for me. Finally an action cam with a zoom function at a reasonable price.

After being frustrated with the akaso brand camera for the last few years, I was looking for a replacement camera with more features and value. Although this camera is more expensive than other brands except GoPro, I believe this camera has the best features like 8x zoom function. Excellent underwater video and photo

4k video is just great! I researched these GoPro style cameras for a while before purchasing the Remali CapturePro. Bought it for a wedding in Sint Maarten. Nervous after reading some of the reviews from people struggling. For the first dive I set the camera to record at 4k 60fps. The battery lasted for every 40 minutes of diving. It's great if you read the instructions.

Great camera if you read the manual. You need a UHS-3 certified micro SD card. If you are U1 or U2 this will not work with these cards. Requires U3 for video quality and recording speed. Includes 3 batteries, charger and a range of different mounts. I wasn't impressed with the tripod adapter mount as the threads could snap when I tightened them. Due to the use with a waterproof case, and I can mount the camera directly on a tripod without a waterproof case, so I'm not deducting a star for that.

SD card requirements unclear

The description of this camera states that a UHS-3 micro SD card is required. This style card isn't available in Revain or anywhere else I've checked. After reading the SD cards, the UHS-3 card is not even produced. I tried an SD card designed for 4K UHD action cameras (160MB/s read / 60MB/s write) and got the "Card too slow" error. Edit: Don't waste your time, it won't be recorded.

So I was excited for dinner to get it, I've persuaded myself to actually get it and it's great. At least it was until it started failing. It seems that it randomly freezes during recording. It doesn't even respond to the power button and holding the power button. This doesn't change if left alone, and the only way to stop the crash is to remove the battery or leave the battery dead. To be honest as long as it doesn't happen often which it hasn't (once or twice) I don't care but it got worse…

UPDATE NUMBER 2: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST! The camera is reliable and works great. The key to this camera is the right SD card. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS TO BUY SD CARD FOR THIS CAMERA IT WILL NOT WORK AS EXPECTED!
