I was very dissatisfied with this purchase. When you put ink cartridges in the printer, you will get a message that the ink has run out and the printer will not let you ignore it. The package says just ignore the message. Now I bought them and had to run to the store and buy another set, this time a new one, NOT FILLED. Do not try this product, it was a waste of time and money.

I left them in the package because I bought them earlier this year. I can't get a refund because the time has expired. But they did NOT fit my Canon printer as advertised! I have added this item to my never buy again list!

I've had these ink cartridges for about a month now and use them to print an article or two a day. Today I got an error message on my printer to check the black cartridge. It flows terribly. I wiped it off, put it back in and immediately got the same error, looked at the cartridge over and over, covered in ink.

Previous cartridges I've bought from other companies have printed just fine. This black prints in streaks and you can't read what it prints because it only prints every other line. This is not a printer setting as the previous cartridge worked fine the same day. I won't buy it again and I'm really mad at myself. I waited too long to install and now I've missed the window to go back.

These ink cartridges are defective. I bought them 3 months ago to have on hand and went today to install them. The tear strips on each of them are torn and cannot be removed to reveal the ink. They also don't match the cartridges in my Canon printer, so they don't fit properly. Since the return window expired, I lost $45. Very dissatisfied with the fact that this is rubbish now. I only picked one star because I can't pick one!

Hello. The price for this was great, but for some reason the ink cartridge doesn't fit properly in the printer. Black fits normally, but the color is difficult to see. I've taken it out and put it back in several times, but the printer still doesn't recognize it. It's always flashing yellow for me. I tried to return it but there is no way to do that. I wish I had spent a little more money and bought the Canon brand or gone to the store. When I put the cartridge in, it kept telling me that my printer was out of ink. I took it out and put it back in several times but the same thing continued. There was a note in the box with the cartridges telling what to do in this case, but it didn't work. I just wasted my money and I still need to buy new cartridges. Don't waste your money on these special ones.
