The colors arrived well, the black is dry

Good price for mascara. The colors were ok, but the black cartridge would not work properly. It appears to be dry. The company contacted me before I contacted them so they must be having some issues. Very proactive.

Don't waste money.

They are absolutely NOT compatible with the Epson Workforce printer despite their claim. I followed all the instructions, installed and removed them a few times, then downloaded, deleted - I did everything but my printer didn't recognize them so they went back. Don't waste money.

After updating the printer firmware, these cartridges do not work in my printer.

These Lemero replacement ink cartridges worked when I first used them in my Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3730 so I've reordered two packs of four. Shortly thereafter, the printer manufacturer (Epson) released a firmware update that prevented the printer from recognizing these cartridges. Bypasses didn't work. Total spend $. Pooh.

Not recognized by my printer

After 3 months my printer no longer recognized the color cartridges. All 3 color cartridges are full! Tried to clean, reconfigure them in the printer - to no avail. I figured it would be a good deal, half the cost of EPSON brand cartridges.

Does not work with Epson Workforce Pro 3720.

I don't know what's going on but the 702XL cartridge is not an XL size as I have attached pictures of what the 702XL cartridge looks like for comparison. The Workforce Pro WF-3720 printer dies without recognizing it. Don't fret, just be careful.

These cartridges just DO NOT work

Loaded a black cartridge in my printer. Received a message "Not a genuine Epson cartridge" and the printer is completely locked. Searched the internet, tried all the workarounds but to no avail. I have bought remanufactured cartridges from other manufacturers in the past which have worked perfectly. Not so with these cartridges.

Incredibly frustrating - I bought a product that didn't work - even

I returned this product because the black cartridge and it didn't work. They gave me a refund - and I have a receipt for the UPS to send it back - but then they charged me AGAIN! This frustrated me a lot because I don't have an easy way to talk to the company when I work with Revain. I learned a hard lesson and will never buy this way again - through Revain! I was charged, but in the end NOTHING!
