Cheap production. I had to trim off the excess brass from the cast at the back. The lag screw/bolt on the back of the ring was messy and snapped off before tightening. Couldn't use it, looking for another one. Looked great but bad design

Outstanding Door Knocker! It completed the look of my barn door very nicely. I had to get a large washer for the back of the door and some nuts to attach it to the door. The included small nut does not support the weight of the hammer. Can't wait to redo 2 more barn doors the same way!

I really liked that the seller included extra long screws to attach the rectangular molding boss behind the door knocker. You can't see the square in front of the knocker when it's attached to the door. Heavy brass door knocker. It feels quite sturdy and fits the door well.

Good price, great quality, but little functionality. I mean they had better weld the hammer to the plate. Since they didn't and don't provide a backplate, you'll probably have to find your own hardware to get everything working as intended. Since this is clearly intended for both a functional and decorative purpose, I think they must have a better solution for screwing a real door knocker onto your door.

This is a great door knocker. It's well made, heavy and what I expected. I am very happy with the purchase. However, the installation took longer than expected. I think that's partly because we have a metal door. It would be as simple as a cake with a wooden door. Also, it doesn't come with any instructions. So have the photos from the website handy so you have some sort of chart to navigate. Remember the old rule: Measure seven times, drill once! It comes with all the necessary hardware…
