Works as described. Easy installation with a conventional drill. May work with an electric screwdriver but it depends on what your dresser is made of.

So every time I opened my daughter's drawer the bottom fell out and everything stuck together - annoying and frustrating when there wasn't enough time (hello baby needs socks). I bought these with little hope (I'm not that handy). They were easy to install and work great. Thanks to the innovators for creating products that solve everyday problems!
