Replace Power® Replacement Upgrade ElanVita Review

Not a direct replacement for the Shuttle XPC. The PSU left a 1/4 inch gap and did not match one of the mounting holes. Although the power supply works and I had enough connections, the cable length is sufficient.

I'm not sure if the item description was a typo or if I got a better end of the deal; but the PSU I received was 350w not 320w as listed. I wanted to wait about a month to give myself enough time to write a proper review. Threaded holes in the power supply unit do not align with the corresponding mounting holes in the housing. The socket for the power plug does not fit exactly into the hole in the housing.

Works great in my Shuttle XPC. This is the third PSU in this block and it was exactly the same size as the previous one. . The drive's power cables were shorter than when it originally shipped, so I couldn't use the Shuttle's original cable routing. never mind The biggest complaint is that the PSU fan is much louder than the last PSU. It starts off fairly quietly and then spins like a jet engine after about a minute. Not a problem in my environment, but it could be a problem in a quiet room.

I have an old Shuttle computer with a touchscreen built in, it's a Casatunes music server. They replaced faulty PSUs twice and even upgraded me to higher wattage than originally, but in the end this one failed. Seems to work well. I used it in a Dell Inspiron 3647 Compact Tower in hopes of one day upgrading the GPU (the stock PSU is only 220W). I was pleasantly surprised that a 350w unit arrived (if you look at Revain you can see that the company sells a 350w version of this power supply for the same price).
